Your Wedding Ceremony
When we think of weddings, we think of the dress, the flowers, the photographer, the bridesmaids and groomsmen… But what about the celebrant? Your celebrant becomes the backbone of your ceremony. They have the ability to set the tone and engage your guests. Choosing the right celebrant is essential to the success of your wedding. Our celebrant, Rachael, puts her clients requests at the forefront of each ceremony. She personalises every ceremony, and works closely with couples day and night to ensure she delivers absolute perfection.
The process of becoming a married couple starts long before the special day. It starts when you first book your vendors, including your celebrant. They will help you to fill out your Notice of Intended Marriage and other legal documents. They will then prepare your wedding ceremony, attend a rehearsal, perform your ceremony, and complete the legal lodgement process once the ceremony has take place. Throughout this process it is ideal to become familiar with your celebrant, as this relationship has the potential to ease your nerves and stress on the day. Rachael will not only be your wedding celebrant, she will be your guide to take you through the wedding process seamlessly and free of stress. She will also become the friendly face you can look to on your wedding day for a sense of calm and to be reassured that everything is okay.
Platinum Ceremonies’ registered marriage celebrant, Rachael, is your expert when it comes to creating a professional, light-hearted and tastefully humorous ceremony that will have your guests fixated on you and your fiancé throughout your entire ceremony. Not a detail spared, never a dull moment, and always 100% commitment.

Did you know that your celebrant does not have to perform the entire ceremony themselves? Family and friend involvement is extremely important to many of couples tying the knot. So, why not incorporate your loved ones into your ceremony too?! We are happy to work around your requests, as long as your celebrant performs, at minimum, the parts required by law. This could mean that someone presents a reading or a poem dedicated to the marrying couple, or maybe they will conduct a ritual significant to the couple. But remember, this is your wedding ceremony, any speeches should be kept for the reception.
